Technical Design Manager (Lighting)
(Antwerpen)

Job description:
As the Technical Manager you will have the responsibility of the design of lighting plans according to customers needs and company's philosophy. This means you will lead the design team and manage and coordinate the tasks of the technical department. Ensuring a correct follow-up of the projects along with the sales force, you will control the planning and development of projects, supervise building sites and keep good contact with installers, contractors, architects and customers. Within iGuzzini, you will keep in close contact with the Italian HQ to discuss client-specific developments and suggest product improvements. Important is to handle quality matters and complaints correctly from a technical point of view. Apart from this you will have to inform and train customers and employees and help to organise local fairs in cooperation with the Sales Director Benelux.

Profile description:
You have a higher or university education with a technical background and experience in technical design. You have experience in the lighting sector and a good knowledge of CAD systems. As a pragmatic professional you combine strong management and communication skills with a pro-active mindset and architectural/creative/artistic skills. You have very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.

Sales Engineers (for different areas of The Netherlands)

Function:
You are responsible for the commercial development and growth of iGuzzini in your region, based on a sales plan drawn up in collaboration with the Commercial Director Benelux.
You are working on the long term relationships with architects, study and engineering offices, building and rebuilding companies and you will take care off an accurate follow-up of your projects.
You represent iGuzzini and you will accompany potential clients during fairs and company visits.

Profile:
Living close or in the related region.
You have experience in the lighting industry or in selling lighting products. A passion for design is your motivation for success.
For this function you have to be bilingual NL/EN (French and or Italian is an advantage)

Customer service agent
(Antwerpen)

Function:

You are part of the small team of the customer service department.
Your principal activities are:

- Daily order entry
- Complaints/requests handling.
- Follow-up of the orders (delivery time)

Profile:
Living close to Antwerpen.
You have experience in a customer service department preferably in the light industry.
You have to be bilingual NL/FR.
